The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a dressing table and chair. Sole use of a bathroom with shower attachment. Sharing with me are the garden, kitchen with washer/dryer machine and sitting room with Sky, sofa and dinning table.

I am a friendly and independent 38 year old. I tend to be out at least twice a week in the evenings for salsa dancing. I am generally about at the weekends and I keep tropical fish. :)

I am looking for a professional who is independent, clean, considerate, fun and friendly.

The flat is a 2 min walk to Wimbledon Chase Station,
10 min walk away from Raynes Park,
15 mins from tram,
20 min from Wimbledon and Wimbledon South.
Buses are 152 to Wimbledon South, 163 to Raynes Park or Wimbledon.

Out of the rush hour the road is quiet and there are local shops 2 mins walk away.

There is on road parking, no permits needed at the moment.
