Room with double bed available in a comfortable 2-bed ground floor flat in a quiet area of Wimbledon/Colliers Wood. Flat is not council or ex-local authority.

The room is equipped with a double bed with under-bed drawers, cupboard and drawers.

The flat has all the mod cons including washer/dryer, broadband internet, Sky+ HD(including Sky Sports!). Permit parking is also available.

You will be sharing the flat with me, a South African girl. I am looking for a fellow professional person (non-smoker) who is clean and tidy. No students or couples please. I am pretty chilled and like to relax with housemates and a glass of wine when I get back from work and the gym. You will also be living with a cat called Savvy who always demands the best place on the couch!! My job requires a lot of travelling so am looking for someone who will care for Savvy when I am away.

The flat is a 7-8min walk to Colliers Wood station (Northern Line). Busses to Tooting Broadway and Wimbledon are also near by. South Wimbledon Virgin Active gym is 2 minute walk down the road. There is a huge Sainsbury's and M&S near the station. There is access to the shared gardens and is close to 2 large parks (great for the few days of summer!)

Rent is £550/month including all bills except elecricity (this is a quarterly bill). Deposit of 1 month’s rent will be required (£450).
