We are looking for a non smoker female professional; who is seeking a home not just a place to stay; to fill a large double bedroom with view to the private garden in a lovely, fully furnished 4 bedroom terrace house.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Raynes Park station located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
It is generally clean and tidy; everybody shares the responsibility of the cleaning.
The large double room is bright, has a built in wardrobe, a bedside table and a double bed.

The general household facilities are a fitted kitchen with electric appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine); bathroom with power shower and bathtub; separate toilet, large and bright living room, conservatory with dining area, large back garden and driveway for two cars.

Local amenities: supermarkets (Co-op, Waitrose on the high street, 24 hour Tesco superstore and Sainsbury’s 10 minutes bus ride). Shops 20 minutes by bus in Kingston and Wimbledon, gym (David Lloyds and Fitness First), large park for running , Library, Surgery, Chemist is 5 minutes walk away.

You will be sharing with three professionals (one girl and two guys), all in their mid 30s.
The rent is £412 p/m, exclusive all of the bills (electricity, gas, council tax and broadband).
