Hi, we have a massive loft room with en-suite available from mid July.

The room is really big with ample wardrobes, storage space and a desk. The house has 3 floors with a patio and garden as well as off-street parking. The room that is available occupies the whole of the top floor. This house is very homely and is fully furnished.

The house is located in the Apostles area of Raynes Park and is a short (3 - 5 min) walk to the Raynes Park train station (1 stop from Wimbledon) and provides easy access into and out of London. The trains are also very frequent (approx. every 3 - 5 mins). There are also good bus services nearby.

The house has 3 bedrooms in total and you will be sharing the house with 2 professional South African's between the ages of 29 and 31. We are easy going and enjoy the odd barbeque, dinner party and travelling. If you are looking for a party house, then this house is probably not for you.

We are ideally looking for a single professional person or a married couple, between the ages of approx. 24 and 35.

The rent is approx. £600 excluding bills for a single person and £700 excluding bills for a married couple. Prices quoted are based on current contract. Bills are split equally between the number of housemates.
