Our property is in a clean state and we are looking for a someone who is of good clean habits and a non smoker.

We would prefer to rent to one person only. Someone who respects quiet times during the working week and social times on the weekend.

Our home is two minutes walk to local shops/butchers and 15 minutes to Southfields station. We have the 39, 93, 170, 495 buses in front of our home which will get you to Putney in 5, Wimbledon in 15 minutes. This is a 10th floor flat with stunning views in every room.

Rent is £125 per week, which covers all utilities, cleaner (every 2 weeks), wireless broadband.

Short term tenancy is negotiable with 2 weeks deposit
