Two bedroom flat with a kitchen/diner/sitting room lounge area. The second bedroom(for let) is fully furnished including a TV and built in cupboard space.

As a tenant here you will have access to bath/toilet and shower facilities which you can use as your own bathroom! I(the landlord) have a live in partner and girlfriend, Victoria. We share our own en-suite facilities- leaving the other bathroom completely available to yourself. The communal area has a large flat screen television, Wii, Blu-ray, ps3, a whole selection of DVDs, a media centre and computer you are welcome to use.

We have a washer dryer and all the kitchen amenities. We are a friendly couple who met at university 5 years ago... we have lived this area for five years we feel safe and are very happy here. We spend quite a few weekends away on business or visiting family in southern England.

It is a 7 minute walk to Colliers wood and access to The Northern line straight into the city centre, it is also merely a 5 minute walk to Hayden's road station, and a ten minute walk to Wimbledon main train station. We are situated a three minute walk to a few different bus stops. The flat is based in a pretty gated community surrounded by area's of wandsworth common- ideal if you like taking walks in the summer months. Finally Pembroke house is in close proximity to a large Virgin active health club(two minute walk) and a short distance to Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer's saver center.
