Hi there

We have a double room to rent in our 3 bedroom house share on Effra Road in Wimbledon.

The bedroom is spacious and bright furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed. The house has two other double rooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that opens up onto a nice size garden.

You will be living with three 20 something professionals, two guys and one girl. We're ideally looking for a female housemate to balance out the numbers. We are all really easy going, and sociable. Smokers are welcome. No couples please.

Bills work out to around £100 each pcm (depending on quarterly gas and electricity amounts) and includes Sky TV, broadband and free evening and weekend calls.

Move in date is ideally beginning of August but this is flexible so please get in touch if you are interested.
