We have a lovely Spacious Double room available in a fully furnished friendly flat share.

It’s a 4 bedroom house on a quiet street located just 3 min walk from Wimbledon Chase Station with easy access to Wimbledon mainline and underground tube stations, about 10 minute walk or 5 minutes on a bus.

The room is located on the Ground floor at the back of the house with doors allowing direct access to the garden, which in summer is ideal to sit and enjoy the sun over a BBQ and/or a drink or two.

There is loads of room in the house with a separate lounge, open dining and kitchen area.

You would be sharing with 3 other people who are relaxed and easy going professionals, and are looking for a likeminded person.

The rent is £340 per calendar month, and bills are £95 per month (including all the usual bills, phone, Internet and Sky and house supplies such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies).

It is a 6 month contract, negotiable with the agency if a longer one is preferred, and as an agency looks after our flat there is a one off admin fee payable to them.
