Hi,
We have a massive double room with built in wardrobes on offer for someone to share our house in Wimbledon.
We are close to all major transport links (Wimbledon Mainline, Tram Link and Northern Line) and we're looking to share with a female.
Rent is exclusive of all bills. We currently contribute £125 per month which covers a weekly cleaner, broadband, contents insurance, Sky TV, gas, electricity etc etc. If you want to know more about the bills then please let me know and I will send you the house costs over the last 6/7 months for you to get an idea.
We are all professionals and tend to work fairly long hours and travel abroad etc. The week tends to be relatively quiet but we enjoy a glass or two on the weekends.
