The flat is located in a quiet residential area that is close to lots of tubes and buses. The number 6 bus going directly into London is on the doorstep. The number 52 bus going to Kennsigton and Victoria is an easy 5 min walk. We are also a 15 min walk from Kensal Rise or Willesden Junction (London Overground / Bakerloo Line) or Willesden Green or Dollis Hill (Jubilee Line). Off street parking is available in a private driveway next to the flat.

The short term let would be ideal for a professional looking for a safe a friendly place to stay in London; for example someone undertaking an internship, work placement or study assignment.

The flat itself is on the 5th floor of a newbuild property, with a well maintained lift service, video entry and 24hr concierge. This is a really lovely flat, it's light and airy in the summer; warm and cozy in the winter. The kitchen is spacious and modern, and the bathroom is very clean, with bath and shower. There is a large lounge/diner with plenty of space for relaxing or entertaining. The flat has Broadband and central heating throughout, with Sky TV in the living room. The large furnished balcony looks out onto an open courtyard.

We are a professional lesbian couple, (artist and university lecturer). We have a whole range of interests, including art, reading, travelling and sports, so we are often out and about enjoying life, especially at weekends. When we are in we enjoy cooking and socialising at home, so we would like a flatmate that can share a conversation and an occassional glass of wine (or two).
