Property is located up a private driveway (with parking) on hillside of Weston-Super-Mare within walking distance of town centre. Room is fully furnished with large pine wardrobes and units so plenty of storage. Remainder of apartment consists of two other bedrooms (one occupied by myself and the other by a female tenant, Jo) then a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi/whirlpool bath. Good size kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc. Very large lounge. Monthly cost includes all bills (including Sky TV and internet), council tax etc so no hidden costs. The property is family owned (my parents) and I have lived there for a number of years. The room and set-up would suit a young working professional, male or female. Both Jo and I are easy going and friendly people and have built a great relationship with our current tenant who has unfortunately had to surrender his room due to a change in job and relocation.
