Hello!

A great double room will be available shortly in a 2 bedroom maisonette, to share with one professional female.

I'm seeking a female non-smoker to share this lovely home with.

The location is perfect -- the flat is a 2 minute walk from Victoria Station and excellent transportation links. All the amenities you need are on your doorstep: Gym, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars. This is the best location in Pimlico!

This is a lovely, quiet place to live with all the mod cons you will need, including a fully fitted kitchen with washer and dryer, and a cozy lounge for TV viewing. The room is furnished with a large double bed, large fitted wardrobe & chest of drawers.

Additional features to this property include a large south facing sunny balcony with BBQ/Chiminea and outside furniture for when the weather is warmer!

Expenses for shared flat supplies (such as toilet roll!) will be split between you and me. We currently have a cleaner come every other week (20 per visit) that we'd also split .

Otherwise, all bills are included:
Council Tax
Water Rate
Gas/Electricity
Internet and international calls

The rent is 950 PCM inclusive of bills available 1st March 2012.
The deposit is 950. Looking for a long term tenant.

A bit more about who you'll be sharing with:

I'm a female IT professional in my mid-30s who loves the cultural scene in London. I've been living here over 4 years. I'm frequently out at music gigs and exploring new gallery exhibits. I enjoy the occasional film with my flatmate but I'm not home that often. I'm seeking a flatmate who is considerate, responsible, and tidy.
