the house itself is an amazing large semi-detached victorian property on 3 floors - there is a spacious kitchen/diner, lounge, 2 bathrooms and patio/garden. it is very characterful with wooden floorboards, fireplaces etc, and is lovingly maintained!! it is about 4 mins walk from WEST NORWOOD station [zone 3] - from here is about 20 mins to VICTORIA/ LONDON BRIDGE.
i am a professional pianist btw, so there will be piano music in the background from time to time........ [but not early morning/late nights!]
it is gay friendly here but not really a party house - the emphasis is on being able to sleep well at nights!
