Double bedroom on a lovely quiet crescent in the heart of fashionable Notting Hill, a mere one minute walk away from the centre of Portobello Road and Westbourne Grove.

All bills ARE included.

The flat comprises:

A large living room with real fire place (great in Winter) and a huge Sony TV with Sky;

A kitchen with Miele dish washer, 2 Miele Ovens and a Miele microwave, washing machine and everything else you’d expect;

A huge penthouse roof terrace with sun loungers, tables chairs and BBQ with views over Notting Hill to Paddington and the BT tower in the East and Wembley Stadium in the north;

There is also a second balcony leading off the living room;

Access to an exclusive communal garden (like the one Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts sneak into in the movie).

The room on offer is a double bedroom with flat screen freeview Sony TV and DVD player, with its own decent sized closet/walk in wardrobe.

There is a bathroom (not ensuite), which is old but provides a good shower.

There are two Tescos less than 10 mins walk away (one on Portobello Road, one on Notting Hill Gate), a M&S supermarket, and all the bars and restaurants that Notting Hill is famous for right on your doorstep.

You’ll be living with the owner of the property and his partner (a male gay couple).

The room would suit a professional with regular office hours (no night time workers/odd hours jobs). You don’t have to be gay, but obviously would have to have no issue living with a gay couple.

It is a non smoking household, so only non smokers. It isn’t a party household, so would suit someone friendly, easy going with a career.

Notting Hill Gate tube station is 8 mins stroll away, Holland Park 7 minutes’ walk away, and Ladbroke Grove station less than 8 mins walk away. Bus routes 52, 23, 207, 94, 454, 148 and 228 on your door step to West End/Knightsbridge/City.

Twice a year the residents hold a garden party – a summer one and a Bonfire night special, which often attracts celebrities who live locally.
