If you're looking for a friendly, safe, quiet place to call home with everything you need on your doorstep then this is the place for you!

This is a gated property minutes from Acton Town tube, Morrisons and Acton highstreet and within walking distance of many overground stations and the central line.

The room available is a large double, with lots of storage. It's furnished with a nice comfy clean double bed, a huge Ikea chest of drawers and a matching shelving unit, a built in wardrobe and cupboard and a filing cabinet.

We have a lovely big garden which is shared with 3 other properties but our neighbours are rarely out there and we have our own private patio area. There is a bathroom AND a shower room and you'll only be sharing with 2 others. Never a queue for the bathroom in the mornings! :)

Bills are around £100 each on average depending on how much the heating is used (a bit cheaper in the summer).

We are looking for a professional, fluent English-speaking, in permanent employment who is looking for long-term accommodation. Sorry, no students or home-workers please.

This house isn't for loud people! So if you like your music pumping out and having friends over every night this isn't the place for you. That said, we would still like the house to be friendly and fun - we're up for a few drinks, nights out and dinner together when we have the chance! :D

At the moment the house is very chilled out because we're all hard working professionals who want the same thing so noise etc has never been an issue - it's not like there are any strict 'house rules' - it just works and we all get on so we'd like that to continue if possible.

Must be prepared to part with one months rent for the security deposit to secure the room if you'd like to take it.
