The room is in a two bedroom flat, in the gorgeous area of Grove Park, Chiswick. 5 minutes walk from Chiswick Rail Station. Very safe, clean, leafy and with a village atmosphere, but still within zone 3. Available from 14th August.

Flat features modern kitchen and bathroom, a large lounge/dining room, broadband and loads of storage space in garage. All these areas are obviously communal, so it’s not just a room on offer, but a flat share.

Room is 11ft by 10ft, has double bed (bedding supplied), large wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and lots of light from double window overlooking quiet street.

From the rail station, it takes 22 mins to get to Waterloo on the train. Alternatively, there is a bus from outside the property which gets to Turnham Green tube in 10 mins. Journey to Piccadilly Circus takes only 40 mins in total this way. If you have a car, there is free parking outside, and A4(M4) and A316(M3) are a couple of minutes away; if the roads are clear, Heathrow takes just 20 minutes.

I am a 29yo professional, easy-going relaxed guy and am looking for someone to share the flat who is likeminded, friendly, active and relatively tidy.

Room is available from 14th August and costs £550 per month all inclusive of all bills. Deposit is one month’s worth of rent (£550). I will need a couple of references from you (one must be professional i. e. from work or educational institution).
