Hi,

I’m friendly, outgoing, clean and helpful and am looking for a flat mate with the same qualities!

I like home to be home – a comfortable place to relax so am not looking for a party animal. Having said this I am a very social person and it would be nice to share an odd glass of wine / hot chocolate or dinner with a flat mate. I am also very considerate and would respect your privacy entirely if you wanted to have people for dinner / bbq’s in the summer.

The double room is not a large but is comfortable. The room has a double bed, a built in wardrobe and can fit a chest of draws in it too. You will also have complete access to the rest of the house when you please.

In my spare time I like to go out on a Friday night with friends, have BBQ's in the summer, go shopping and keep fit.

I am a 10 min walk from Upminster station or 5 min bus ride away! Upminster is on the District line and you can get into central London in 20 mins. There are shops in Upminster and there is also a local gym which is £15 per month!
