I have a double bedroom for rent in my house in Tranent, East Lothian available now. I'm a real easy going clean and tidy person with a tiny chihuhua called Alfie who is 1 year old. My house has just recently been refurbished and has a newly built in kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi and power shower, large 20ft conservatory and large back garden for those nice summer nights.... There is also a sitting room with large plasma TV with Sky HD TV and broadband.
The room for rent comes furnished and has a LCD TV in it also with a DVD player and freeview. There is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, the bedroom has just been newly decorated.
I would be asking for £420 per month which includes all bills plus SKY HD TV and broadband.
