I have a bedroom to rent in a 3 bed terrace, it is a nice cosy warm home.

The rent is 450 - 500 (negotiable) per month bills inclusive, during the week its a nice quiet home, through the weekends I like it to be alive with activity of any kind to drown out the stresses of the week.

The room is available as of.....right now and can be furnished or unfurnished whichever you prefer.

A bit about the rest of the house, the lounge is cosy with the home from home feeling, warm and welcoming. A well equipped kitchen Complete with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Linking to a lovely dining room for all ur entertaining needs. And backing onto a small rear garden. There is a small third bedroom set up as an office and doubling as a guest room.

All amenities near by, shops, pubs, doctors. Close to the metro link, bus stops taking just 15 minutes to get into the City. A stones throw away from the Trafford Centre.

I work Monday to Friday 8 - 6, with a love for photography, the arts, the occasional glass of wine or maybe 2 :) and socializing.

I am looking for a housemate who is lively, house proud, enjoys the odd social drink and banter. Mainly I'm looking for someone who is not just their to be a housemate but a friend too. Where there can be quiet nights, n lively nights, who doesn't mind if I cook far too much n offer them tea as a result and who will join me in drinks to unwind from the stressful world.

The photos don't do justice to the room as at present there is no furniture in their, however the room comfortably fits a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers with room to spare. The ceilings are high, room is light and has lovely fireplace as a centre piece. Fireplace is blocked so there are no draught nights either. the perfect place to make your own.
