I have one single room available in my house.

Sharing a kitchen and bathroom with 2 others. I live in the rest of the house.

Would suit professional person. This is a mature household and the room would probably suit someone in their 40's, 50's or 60's.

The room is on the second floor. It is furnished with a bed, chair, table and wardrobe.

Cleaning of the shared areas are included in the rent.

It is a quiet but friendly house, also respecting privacy. No smoking.

Your friends and family may stay by prior arrangements.

There is one small dog which lives in the house.

Buses into London - buses from York Hill goes to Oxford Street / Victoria. Other buses to Brixton tube station - Victoria Line and Elephant and Castle. Tulse Hill station 10 - 15 mins walk away.

Gas central heating, electricity, hot water and broadband included in the rent.

Interested in someone who might speaks French, Italian or Japanese to help improve our languages but not essential.

Recycling household. Free parking on the road.

References required.
