We are looking for someone who is independent, friendly, clean and easy to live with. It is not a party flat and we are looking for someone who would respect that, although we still enjoy the occasional messy evening.

You would be sharing with two females, one working in creative advertising and the other in education. We enjoy watching films, music, live music and comedy, the arts, festivals and love to travel when we can. We also share our home with two inquisitive and friendly cats, so it is important that you are a cat lover.

We are close to Stoke Newington Church Street & all it offers (great restaurants, bars and shops) - less than a 10min walk. A supermarket is also only a 15 minute walk away and there are local shops very near- post office, fruit, veg, bakery etc. Islington can be reached very easily by bus.

Clissold Park is a short walk away as is Clissold Leisure Centre, the Castle Climbing wall and Stoke Newington West Reservoir Centre (sailing and kayaking).
