Male housemates wanted for large house on Glendall Street off Ferndale Road which is just 6/8 minutes walk from Clapham North and Brixton tube stations.

WHO WE ARE AND WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To give you an idea of the house Andrew (25) is a Marketing Consultant, Gillian (26) is a Dietician, Julia (24) is a writer for a magazine, and Megan (27) is a teacher. We are looking for a professional male housemate aged between 24 and 30 to move in with us as our current housemates are sadly moving out because they are either relocating with work or moving in with their partners.

It’s a very sociable flatshare - about half the time we’ll go out together at weekends, and half the time we’ll be out with our own groups of friends. We also do things together during the week like going to the pub quiz, head to the cinema and in general just hang out and have a bit of banter. If you are someone that wants to get involved and have fun this is the house share for you!

The new housemate should be friendly, chilled out, considerate and clean and tidy. While everyone has their own lives we like to get along as a house too so it would be good if you are looking to make new friends and not just rent a room.

There's lots of space – a lounge, separate kitchen diner, two bathrooms and good sized garden with a decked area.
