There is a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, two large refrigerators and the kitchen has all mod cons.

The house has 4 full bathrooms - all with power showers.

A house keeper comes in twice a week to thoroughly clean all the communal areas of the house. So the house is always clean and tidy.

At the back of the house, there is a private, quiet leafy garden with patio furniture and a quality barbecue. Smoking is ONLY permitted in the back garden.

The house is a 5min walk to Balham station and all its bars and restaurants; Balham Leisure Centre is a 1min walk away!

The house mates are friendly and professional, who you can share a glass of wine and/or a meal with.

Including all bills it will cost appx. £165 per week to live in this house.
