Hello. I have a spare room in a renovated two storey flat in Tooting-Bec (new carpets, fixtures, fittings, painted, double glazed bay windows). It’s a split level flat with a massive double room with a brand new large private en-suite. The flat is literally 20 seconds walk to Tooting Bec tube station (Northern line) and is on a nice residential street. The room itself has huge mirrored wardrobes. Its over two levels with my room upstairs with my own bathroom. The kitchen appliances are a high standard and is furnished well. You can easily walk to all of the bars, restaurants and pubs in both Balham and Tooting Bec as well as Tooting Bec Common.

About me: I’m 29, sociable, easy going, house trained, like eating/cooking, music, socialising but also prone to a chill during the week. I’ve got my own thing going on with my mates and will be out most weekends and a couple of nights during the week. Love my comedy (The Office, Peep Show, Inbetweeners, Only Fools) and also love football and most other sports. I work in digital media in Soho and have done for a while. I’m well travelled but enjoy an annual Ibiza trip. Growing up steadily but still got a bit in me yet.

What I’m ideally looking for: I’ve been really fortunate with flat mates in the past and would like that to continue! Male or female suits me, similar outlook on things i. e. matches the above. Would suit a professional who still enjoys their social life but also up for conversation when we are both in. As I said I’m sociable kind of guy so happy to venture out to the pub/bar with my new flatmate. Clean and tidy is a must and I would be happy to get a cleaner if easier for us both.
