You'll be sharing with 2 easy going professionals in their mid-late 20s (English/Australian) , both independant, have our own friends, but also enjoy hanging out together for a drink.

There is a £550 security deposit for the room and the rent is £450 pcm not including bills. Bills work out roughly to be £85 pcm and include: council tax, sky tv, internet, phone with free calls to Aus and NZ land lines, electicity and gas).
