It’s a big fantastic Victorian house 5-10 mins walk to Clapham North, Brixton and Stockwell tube stations. It has a large double lounge and double kitchen, 2 Bathrooms and 2 separate WCs and a nice garden.

We’re looking for a male housemate aged 24-30 to join us to keep the gender balance even. We are: Darryl (26) is a chef, Emma (25) works in design, Neil (29) works in TV, Vicki (26) is an Events Co-Ordinator, Gary (30) is a Business Analyst and Susie (24) is a Content Editor.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly - we hang out together in the front room watching TV and DVDs together if we're not out and about doing stuff. Most of the time if we're out locally or wherever at the weekend, it’s generally an open invite for all the housemates to join in. But we also have our own space too since everyone wants a bit of privacy and time to themselves now and then.

We keep the place clean and tidy, so would like to live with someone who’s considerate about that since it doesn’t really work in a big house otherwise.

We think the location is great – 5 min walk to Stockwell/Brixton - missing out the chaos at Clapham North tube is great. There’s a Costcutter nearby along with other supermarkets. There are also a few corner shops less than 30 seconds away for general bits and pieces which is always handy.

- Bills are £10 a week on top which includes Council Tax, Water and a Cleaner once a week. This brings the monthly rent to £585. Gas and Electricity are additional to this, shared equally between housemates
