Double bedroom available for a guy in a mixed houseshare off Acre Lane - it’s 7 mins walk to Clapham North, 8 mins to Brixton and 10 mins to Clapham Common. Please note: the arrow in the spareroom map is slightly in the wrong place - it should be on Strathleven Road which is actually 2 streets to the right from the arrow.

There is a huge lounge, separate eat-in kitchen and 3 bathrooms and a nice sized garden ideal for barbeques. The house has got lots of character and charm.

We’re a mixed group of 6 young professionals: Jon (27) works for a charity; Shelley (25) works in a PR agency; Matt (25) is an interior designer; Pia (27) works in music marketing; Dan (26) works for a newspaper and Gemma (28) is in logistics. So we’re looking for another professional guy aged 24 to 30 to join our house.

On the whole, we're a chilled-out and easy going bunch who socialise with each other as well as other friends. Interests include: pub nights, gigs, clubbing and chilled out nights in front of the TV.

The flatshare is only a 7 min walk to Clapham North tube but you can also catch the tube from Brixton which is way less crowded than Clapham North (you always get a seat any time in the morning). The N35 night bus from central London and Shoreditch stops right around the corner. Also nearby is a massive Tesco, plenty of corner shops, Brixton Market and Clapham Common.

- Bills are £10 a week on top which includes Council Tax, Water and a Cleaner once a week. This brings the monthly rent to £542. Gas and Electricity are additional to this (because they depend on amount used) and are on pre-payment meters, shared equally between housemates
