BEDROOM_:(3x4m apprx): wardrobe, x2 chest of draws, small desk, chair, x3 side-cupboards and new mattress on solid fold away bed - for added space. TV, floor lamp and long mirror. KITCHEN_: cooker/dishwasher/washing machine/fridge/small appliances and seating area/all kitchen items provided. BATHROOM_: bath, shower, basin and loo.

TRANSPORT_:
Short walk to Vauxhall tube (Victoria line) zone 1, train station, huge bus terminal with routes to all corners of London (20 mins into Soho). Scenic 10 minuet stroll to Stockwell tube (Northern/Victoria line), zone 2.

LOCATION_:
7 mins walk to the river front with Belgravia over the bridge (and a sailing club), amenities and social spots aplenty, largest Sainsburys a minuet from the flat. 3 gyms at a stone's throw.
