Double room available in a split level four-bedroom maisonette, The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer and bedside.

Communal space comprises of fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, large refrigerator, microwave etc. Bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet down stairs.

Just 7 mins walk to Oval Station, and buses near by.

The price is £90 per week. All bills included with unlimited wireless internet connection. Two weeks deposit and one weeks rent required, The minimum stay is 3 and maximum stay is 6 month.

I preferably would like someone male, quiet and reasonably mature.
