Hello

I've fallen in love with this property and so have agreed to take it. But i need to fill the other room. We are looking for a friendly, relaxed couple to take the room at £140 per week, including council tax.

Its a 3 bedroom house that comes part furnished (or available unfurnished). It has a large lounge and a big Kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet, lots of storage space, a front garden and a really lovely sunny back garden. (I think there might be parking, but I dont drive so didn't think to check)

Its a few mins walk to North Dulwich station, and about 10 from East Dulwich. North Dulwich is about 15 Mins to London Bridge. Its also about a 10 min walk to Lordship Lane, which is full of cafes, and nice little shops, and pubs etc.

Its currently empty waiting for us to move in and turn it into a lovely home, so hopefully you can help us put our stamp on the property. Which will involve scavenging some furniture from friends and families, junk shops and markets. But it comes with some stuff -sofa, dining table, beds, fridge, washing machine. Also I have quite a lot of crockery and general house stuff.

We really want to make this a lovely place to live, having dinner together or sitting on the sofas with a glass of wine, or a dance in the kitchen, or having people over to join with these activities.

I work in theatre -in all different forms, from design and production to directing and performing. Nandi the other flat mate is a dancer, but again working in various roles. We are both in our 20s, creative and easy going, and looking for like minded people.
