This is a lovely friendly house in a wonderful location.
INDOORS: The kitchen is big and social and colourful with an Aga and a fridge each. The bedrooms are quiet and cosy : one is southfacing and the other overlooks the riverbank. The bathroom is shared with one other. There are two other people in the house, both easy going, friendly, clean and considerate.
OUTDOORS: The beach and the river are on the doorstep.
The bridge to the town is close by. The station is a 10 minutes away by foot. Brighton is quick to reach by bus or train.
The rent includes all bills and wifi.
