New double bed, I live in this lovely complex which has its own leisure centre available only to the residents of this complex, this includes a gym swimming pool and sauna, plus a spa, this is all included in the rent, we also have a lovely basin with boats of all sizes yachts etc. the beach is just two mins up the road, and you can now walk all along the harbour to the harbour club for a drink !!!!.There is a bus service to Brighton in the morning, or you can walk for 10mins to the footbridge which takes you to the main Shoreham high street where the 700 bus goes every 1omins to Brighton a weekly ticket is just £10-50 a week. we are on the main line with the trains going all over the country. and London is just 45mins away. There are resturants and bars both on the beach and high street, with more and more popping up. Brighton is approx 5miles and Worthing is approx7miles Shoreham Airport is walkable or if you have a bike I can put it in the Garage, There is free off road parking, The Flat is modern and friendly the third bedroom is not rented. I am easy going and love the beach there is a great cycle lane along the beach to Worthing Goring etc. or you can cycle to carrots cafe on the Shoreham Harbour towards Brighton.
