Lovely, comfortable room available in shared house in Shephrds bush. Current flatmates are a Kiwi couple, and an Aussie couple we are looking for a relaxed friendly person to take the third room.
Flat is 10 min walk to Shepherds Bush Market station for the Hammersmith and city line, 15min walk to Shepherds Bush station on the central line, Easy bus links from Uxbridge Road.
The room has very comfortable double bed set of draws and hanging space. Under bed storage and there is extra space under the stairs to storage suite case etc.
The house has a nice big fully kitted kitchen with a dish washer :-) and a separate large living room.
Rent is 550 a month all bills included. (This also included a cleaner once a week.) Bond is 550 payable before move in date of the 25/02
