Hello! We are a couple with a room to let in our newly refurbished basement garden flat. We are joined by our two adorable miniature dachshunds. We are both professionals working full-time in media and telecoms.

The flat has a lovely open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen with patio doors opening out to a patio garden. The room consists of double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, tower of shelves and storage cupboard (useful for suitcases!).

Rent includes all bills (council tax, water rates, gas and electric, TV license, broadband, BT Vision & Sky FreeSat.) Only telephone calls would be charged.

We are just 10 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush Market station (Hammersmith & City line), a further 5 minutes to Shepherds Bush or White City stations (Central line). The street is really quiet; however we are just off Uxbridge Rd which means there are loads of bus routes just 1 minute away. There is also a beautiful little deli cafe 'Cupboard' at the end of our street - great for breakfast!

This is our home, so we are looking for a respectful professional to share it with Monday to Friday. You must be dog friendly, clean and tidy. We are not looking for a party animal - no couples or stay-over partners.
