We're looking for a fun female who wants a room in a socialable, easy going houseshare in West London to replace myself who is sadly leaving to go on a mini adventure :(

The house is a lovely, Victorian terrace on a quiet road off a bustling high street with all amenities moments away. Wooden floors throughout the bottom floor, high ceilings (not all rooms) and fireplaces in all rooms (sadly not in the room to let), including the fantastic top floor bathroom with roll top bath and two sinks. It is actually much nicer than we are capable of capturing in the photos!

We're in a great location only minutes away from Shepherds Bush Market tube on the Hammersmith/Circle lines. Shepherds Bush Central and Overground stations are less than 10 minutes away and there are numurous bus stops (including a very handy N207 that is only 20 minutes from central at night).

And not to forget Westfield shopping centre on your doorstep!! Loads of resturants. Many great pubs around, particularly on Goldhawk Road.

Sharing with two guys working in the music industry and one girl working in fashion - requiring a girl replacement to even the balance. We all love to hang out so if you like staying in your room then this isn't the place for you! Shared cooking on occassions and the odd party makes for a happy household! We all like a drink and to play on the Wii or catch rubbish movies On Demand (not to mention the extensive DVD collection - if you're a Family Guy fan then this is the house for you!!). We’d also prefer someone fairly house-proud, and whilst fun not too crazy during the week! Most importantly though, we’re looking for someone who will be a housemate, not a lodger. Ability to participate in house banter is essential – no bedroom dwellers!

Room comes with a standalone shelving unit, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A bed can be purchased off the previous tenant for a small price. Fits a double bed but is very cosy. Not that you'd be hanging out in there anyway!

There are two bathrooms - one with shower. A downstairs toilet and utility room (washing machine/freezer) and a large kitchen with table and chairs, huge oven and fridge, dishwasher/microwave. The living room joins a dining area (currently set up as a music studio), separated by large doors in the middle. There is also a private garden with chairs and tables (no grass) and a cellar for extra storage.

Front room has a large flatscreen tv with Virgin (On Demand is part of package). We also have broadband and a phone line.

Landlord/Estate agent will ask for the usual background check (£150), so your job most likely needs to be permanent and out of probation period. Bills roughly £100 a month (£40+ council tax, £40+ gas and electricity, £12 Virgin, £11ish water (not due till April). TV licence due in January). Paying of bills is a joint effort.
