Lovely room in an excellent location, access to many facilities and sharing with a wonderful family. We would like an outgoing, sensible person who has a great sense of humour and enjoys films. Living with us will be an excellent experience and access to Brighton and London is very easy due to excellent public transport facilities as well as a designated parking space outside our property. For an extra £25 you can enjoy my wonderful culinary skills to save you catering for yourself using my kitchen facilities. For couples, please add an extra £60 to basic rent. Due to the Olympic Games, there will be a premium on top.
