From Ryan : 03/2010 – 01/2012. I lived at Weaste lane for almost 2 years and it is by far the best rented accomodation i have ever lived in. The bedrooms are lovely and having an en suite in each room really helps. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all really well done out and the whole house has a great homely feel to it. The place is immaculate and everyone who has lived there since I moved in have been so friendly and welcoming. Tom and Pat are great landlords and jump straight on to any issues we had with the house, which was rare, and deal with them very quickly. I would have definitely stayed in the house but i decided to move out with my girlfriend which is the only reason. The area is nice and friendly too which helps and being right next to the tram stop which made it very easy to commute to work. I hope whoever views this reference views the house to see how good it is for themselves, and if your in doubt then you can contact myself through Pat and Tom to ask me personally.
I wish you all the best in you nice new house!

From Sarah : 05/2010 – 09/2011. This house was definitely the best house share I viewed in Manchester. The house is maintained to a really high standard and the landlord expects tenants to keep the house in equally good condition. You can reach Manchester City Centre in less than 20 minutes by tram or bus very close by. Also, you can easily walk to Salford Quays (Media City) so it is really convenient. All my house mates were very friendly and we all socialised together regularly which was great for me as I’m not from Manchester. The area is quiet at night and there is a Morrisons and other shops within walking distance. I would recommend this house to anyone moving to Manchester (especially the modern en suite shower rooms with constant hot water!!)

From: Kelly (roommates 11/2008 - 10/2009)
"My stay in the house was great, all the house mates were so friendly. A house share worked great for me as I am not from Manchester, I didn’t have many friends here, so living there made me feel safe and not alone :)
The house is very homely and cosy.
The reason I moved out is because me and my boyfriend decided to move in together otherwise I would still be there now." update 4/1/2012 " I loved the house and would be really happy to come back"

From: Sarah (roommates 8/2008 - 10/2009)
"Would highly recommend. Lovely house and very friendly people. Was sad to leave! "

From: Heather (room mate 9/2007 - 11/2008)
"I lived in Weaste Lane for one year and 3 months. The people I lived with were very friendly and easy to live with. I still keep in touch with them now.
The house is very modern, clean and well maintained. The landlords are very accomodating and deal with all queries quickly and efficiently. The house is vey convenient to the Weaste tram stop and bus route and there is a gym, supermarket and park nearby. I would highly recommend Weaste Lane as a place to live. Heather Brand"

From: Mag (room mate 9/2007 - 2/2009)
"The house is the best I have seen in Manchester and that's the reason why I decided to move in. It is a very modern house and it is very well kept. There is a nice atmosphere and I have got on very well with my flatmates. There is a flatscreen TV/DVD player/freeview box in the kitchen which is very nice to have when you're cooking or if you decide to do Gordon Ramsay's cookalong show! It's a house I would definitely recommend!"
