We have a neutrally decorated furnished room in Gidea Park (RM2) which is 20 mins to Liverpool St. You're less than a minutes walk to the buses which pretty much go all over the place & 15 minutes steady walk to Gidea Pk train station. Its about 5mins to Brentwood area on the train or bus. Trains run every 5 mins or so until about 1 in the morning.

The room is is fully furnished with king size bed, wardrobes, matching drawers etc and includes a TV point, wireless broadband etc & is a good size measuring approx 4m x 3m.

The room is freshly decorated in neutral colours with brand new carpet and is well presented throughout.

The house is a 4 bed, 2 bath semi and includes a power shower as well as a bath, and a separate loo too which is really handy.

The kitchen includes all the usual appliances including dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Street parking is free without a permit.

You will be sharing with 4 others in a friendly house where we socialise e. g. BBQ's, films etc but we also respect each others need to be on their own. The house is big and we all have our own lives so its not overcrowded. We are 1 couple and 2 singles.

We are looking for someone to come & join us who speaks English fluently. Don't mind if you're male of female, gay or straight, the only requirement is that you are considerate to the other house members as this is a real home rather than just a room rental.

Just to forewarn anyone in case this is a problem now, there's no smoking in the house so if you smoke that wouldn't need to be a problem.

The room is £530 per month (including utility bills for one person) with a months deposit up front. References etc required.
