5min walk to Chadwell Heath Station, which in turn is 15mins and 20mins to Stratford and Liverpool Street Stations respectively.

The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful area with a very handy convenience store across the road. The High Road is only 3 mins walk away and is full of shops including several banks, pubs, cafes, Sainsbury's, Tesco, post office, park and loads more . Both Ilford and Romford are only 10min away by direct bus or 5min away by train.

I am in full time employment(advertising) and work in the City. I do enjoy my own space at times but also enjoy going out to the local pub to have a beer or two, while watching football or playing snooker/pool.
