I have a single and a large double room to rent in a house in Hornchurch. Located close to Romford station which has easy access into London, close to shops and nightlife in both Romford and Hornchurch. Also conveniently located for Queens Hospital and a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket.

You would be sharing with 4 others. Shared amenities include 2 bathrooms each with bath and shower, a kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezers also a large garden. Internet is also included.

The rooms come furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Im looking for professional, tidy, non-smokers who will look after the house.

Rent for the single room is £350pcm and the large double is £435pcm. Both are INCLUSIVE of all bills!
