I have a beautiful double fully furnished room in a 3 bed terrace house that has been recently refurbished throughout. TV/DVD in room; shared broadband access; large garden; one bathroom; kitchen and lounge.

I am a young 44 year old straight female and the homeowner. I have 3 cats and am only looking for female to share with me (would not feel comfortable sharing with a male so please do not ask as I will not respond, sorry).

Am looking for female to share, non smoker, clean and tidy person, animal lover, prefers quiet location and house.

Would prefer someone who wants the house Monday to Friday (I will consider renting for full week depending on level of interest received and a price adjustment).

I live in a cul de sac location, close to amenities ie. shops, hospital, station etc, option of parking available at rear of property.

All bills are included with exception of telephone.
