A large, furnished double room is available to share with the owner in a well-maintained house, there are no other tenants. All bills are included – gas, electric, water, council tax, Sky, phone/broadband/WiFi (except the cost of actual phone calls, broadband/WiFi is included). The room contains a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets, with room for additional storage if required. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac and parking is not a problem. All the usual amenities are provided, the house has a separate toilet and bathroom and it also has a lovely garden.

It would suit either a local professional or commuter – must be a non-smoker. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the mainline railway station with excellent connections to central London and the rest of Kent. It is also about a 10 minute drive to Medway Hospital, Medway Police Station, University of Greenwich Medway Campus and Junction 4 of the M2. If you do not have a car then it is about a 10 minute walk to the local shops and there are good bus and train connections to other shopping areas and towns.

I am looking for someone who is fairly easy-going. I have no preference for male or female, straight or gay – as long as you have a good sense of humour, are good company and can clean up after yourself then we’ll get on great.
