The house has three floors, a modern kitchen, large living room with dining table, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, as well as a small patio garden. There is also a bike shed and covered car parking space. You will be sharing with a couple (22 and 24) and another occupant (female, 22). All tenants in full-time employment. The room is a good size and comes fully furnished (including double bed).

We are 5 minutes from the Southside shopping centre, and 10-15 minutes from Wandsworth Town (Zone 2) or Earlsfield (Zone 3) stations. The 44 bus to Victoria stops at the end of the road, the 87 to Clapham/Vauxhall/Whitehall is 10 minutes away. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and backs onto the River Wandle with King George's Park only a 2 minute walk.

I'm very flexible about the moving date, but ideally mid February/early March. The rent is £600pcm plus bills which come to around £60. We have a long-term contract (until September 2014) but as long as you find a replacement tenant it is not essential that you stay in the house until then.
