The flat has a large living room, a communal garden, some off street parking and most importantly two bath rooms.

The flat is also 10 minutes walk from either Putney mainline or East Putney Tube. If you’re on a bus its 2 minutes tops.

The rent is £650 a month including electricity, gas, water, TV licence and council tax. I will also require one month’s bond.
