The house is in a quiet cal-de-sac literally 45 seconds walk from Southfields tube station as well as the 39 and 493 bus routes (taking you directly to Clapham Junction, Putney, Wimbledon, Tooting, Richmond, Roehampton, Barnes etc). Southfields tube is 2 stops away from Wimbledon (which has the overland).
The shops, banks, pubs & restaurants are only 1 minutes walk and there is also Wimbledon Park, the famous Wimbledon Tennis Grounds, Cannons Health Club very close by as well as the Southside Shopping Mall where the cinema, shops and Virgin Gym can be found.

The House and who you’d be living with:
Crowthorne Close is a furnished terraced house set over 3 levels.
Ground Floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom and large garden/ outside paved area

First Floor: lounge, double room with ensuite
Second Floor: 2 standard double rooms, single room and bathroom (with power shower so you can bath/shower),

You will be sharing with 3 others, who are all lovely, clean and respectful. We have two girls, one is a teacher and the other a doctor and one guy who is in sales. All very down to earth and enjoy a catch up over a cup of tea.

The Room:
The bedroom that is up for grabs is a small single bedroom on the Second Floor. It is bright and fully furnished with loads of storage space, built in cupboard and built in storage compartments. The room is slightly on the smaller side but the house makes up for it. CURRENTLY A DOUBLE BED IN HERE BUT THIS CAN BE CHANGED IF NEEDED.

Rent/Deposit:
Rent is 450pcm plus bills (this is roughly around £50 pounds a month) and deposit is £575.

Availability:
Ideally we would like to find someone to move in on the 1st of March but there is flexibility with date if you need to move in sooner.

It is a fun relaxed house and anyone is welcome to come have a look!
