I have just started renting this lovely flat in Putney - 5/10 minutes from both the High Street and the river!

A single bedroom is available (unfurnished) and there are two other bedrooms in the flat.
The rest of the flat is furnished to a high standard, also with washing machine and dish washer.

The location is great for all local shops, bars and buses on the high street as well as Putney Rail station and Putney Bridge underground.

I would ideally like to share with a professional 20-something (like myself). I like clean and tidy (but am not obsessed by it!). Someone laid back who likes to socialise as well as their own space.

The rent is £350 p. m (excluding bills - cheap wandsworth council tax! - and broadband). Open also to Monday to Fridays a slightly higher rate to include bills.
