The room:

The room available is very spacious, has a super king size bed, desk, chair, etc and again all furniture is brand-new and is ideal for a professional single person or couple. Prefer non-smokers, no pets and long-term let.

You might be sharing the flat with a 31 year old single female IT consultant (NOT the landlady), however this is not definite yet as she’s trying to buy a house and therefore you might end up sharing the flat with a new flatmate.

The flat is very tidy and clean and I would expect anyone who comes to live in it to contribute to keep it this way... I can understand if you are busy and can't/don't want to be involved with the cleaning but then I would expect you to contribute towards the costs of a cleaner. If you are one of those people for whom cleanness and hygiene is something they only occasionally worry about once every 6 months, I would say that most likely the place is not for you. At the same time, this does not mean at all that I am some sort of clean freak but I would say, having lived in London myself for nearly 10 years, that I have higher than average standards, and I will therefore expect you not to make a mess during your time here.
