Stratford is fast becoming the hub of East London. Perhaps its key advantage is it transport connections. Thanks to the Jubilee, Central, DLR and BR overground lines, Stratford is directly connected to almost every part of London. Stratford is being transformed thanks to a massive inflow of investment. The forthcoming Westfield Centre will be a state-of-the art shopping and leisure complex. And of course, Stratford is the site of the 2012 Olympics.

All of our seven houses in Stratford are clustered around Ham Park. With its quiet residential streets, gardens and sports facilities, it is generally agreed to be the best part of Stratford.

Of our seven houses, six of them have been completely renovated and developed. We have restored their period features including plaster cornices, stripped pine floorboards, solid oak doors and new door furniture. We have installed new bathrooms, designed by CP Hart bathroom (with walk-in shower and Duravit ceramics). There are cellars providing ample additional storage and the unextnded houses have large loft areas for storage too.

In three of the houses, we have gone further and created large extensions to the living area. These have fantastic Poggenpohl kitchens with designer stone work surfaces and the latest Siemens appliances. We have also added an additional loft bedroom plus an extra bathroom.

Each bedroom is large with a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside chest, jumper chest and desk. Each room also has its own socket points for TV, Sky, broadband and phone, as does the lounge area, and each bedroom has at least three double powerpoints.

The rental price DOES NOT include utility and other bills however we offer the facility to pay council tax, gas, electricity, water rates, phone line rental, TV licence and internet broadband. The approximate cost for all this is an additional £15 per week. There are then no extra costs or additional charges.

Note we are not an agency - we are private landlords. We manage our properties ourselves to the highest standards. We think when you rent a property, the service for maintenance and support is just as important as the house itself.
