The flat is bright, modern & spacious and has a balcony with views of Canary Wharf. There is a large open plan kitchen and living room with wi-fi, TV, Sky+, DVD and a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

Transport: trains to Victoria (16 mins travel), London Bridge (12 mins), Elephant & Castle (9 mins), Blackfriars (14 mins), Farringdon (20 mins), City Thameslink (15-18 mins) and St Pancras (24 mins). There are also plenty of buses going to Camberwell, Westminster, Greenwich, Central London and Shoreditch.

The flat is located 8 mins walk from Peckham Rye station. There is a gastro-pub "The Rye" just 2 mins away by Peckham Rye Park. East Dulwich and Lordship Lane 10 mins by bus, which has a lot of trendy bars, cafes, shops and nearby the lovely Bellenden Road and Choumert Road areas.
