The room is large for London stadards, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and writing desk and plenty of space!
There is a small storage room for extra space.
The flat has a private garden, 2 in fact, the front one used for bbq's, the back one currently being used to experiment some "growing our own"..with dubious results!
Sadly, my flatmate of almost 3 years is moving to Singapore so the room is now available to a new owner.
I am looking for someone friendly, sociable, easy going and considerate (being so myself), that would like to live in a positive home environment.
I am Italian, mid 30's work in advertising and have been in London for 4 years and still loving it
The flat is close to Westourne Park tube, there are several convenient buses (52, 7, 23) and about 10-15minutes walk from Notting Hill gate.
Portobello road, bars, restaurants and cafes are 1 minute away, and there are several gyms and supermarkets in the area.
